Emily and Katie both serve as my (Patrick’s) Transaction Coordinators. After we get a deal under contract, they will step in to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible for our clients. Emily and Katie ensure that all paperwork has been completed and sent to the right people. If you ever have any questions throughout the real estate buying or selling process, chances are, your transaction coordinator will have an answer for you.
